Background:
Maxim Kaurov is Staffwell’s General Manager responsible for the supervision and development of the Company’s Sales and Recruitment Teams. Maxim is also responsible for Key Client development and management of executive search and recruitment projects, and the sales and supervision of outplacement, consulting, and outsourced accounting services.
As a leading member of Staffwell’s Executive Management Team, Maxim is also responsible for participation in the strategy and decision making of the company and for leadership and mentoring of all employees. Maxim has been a key member of Staffwell since 2010.
Previously, Maxim worked as an Account Executive at the Moscow office of a global recruitment company and as a Partner / Sales Manager for a catering company in Irkutsk.
Maxim speaks fluent English and has a degree in international relations from Irkutsk State University.
