Our history:
Staffwell was established in Moscow in 2000 by the company’s CEO and experienced international recruiter, Teri Lindeberg. The company’s management and many of its Directors, Consultants and back office teams have been with Staffwell from 8 to 14 years.In 2012, Staffwell won 2nd place at Russia’s Company of the Year awards, for excellence within the Business Services industry sector, and for demonstrating a superior business model.
In 2013, Staffwell CEO Teri Lindeberg published her best selling business book, Making Perfect. Making Perfect tells the story of how by engaging with her employees on structured one-on-one discussions, she was able to transform Staffwell into an award winning company by implementing employee ideas resulting in higher employee motivation and performance levels.
